Something good comes my way

I recently put a bid for a tax certificate on foreclosure of 5.15 Acres about an hour north of me a little place called Venus Florida. It is truly a remote location and I'll have to bust my butt clearing an area for me to put a home.  it's got River frontage and I have to find out what if any restrictions on building they have although I don't intend to do much except clear some land.  I still have about three months before the property is absolutely mine but it will be mine thing clear except whatever property taxes are imposed afterwards currently it's $40 a year LOL but I intend to keep my bees I intend to have chickens I intend to plant a good Garden and have many fruit trees of different varieties

The thing that so endears me to Florida is that you can grow anything you want to grow I only want legal stuff LOL
